Join the Y’s Better Us Challenge, a four-week, virtually-driven opportunity for you to improve your health and well-being. Every day, we’ll encourage you to participate in at least 20 minutes of activities focused on your Spirit, Mind and Body. Discover a sense of community, companionship and support that can enrich your day-to-day life. Unplug from technology and embrace new ways to bond with your loved ones. Find inspiration for your whole family to stay active and creative together.

Each day of the week will be centered around these key themes:
- Mondays – “Unity in the Community”
- Tuesdays – “Tell Me Something Good Tuesday”
- Wednesdays – “Wednesday Wisdom”
- Thursdays – “Thankful Thursdays”
- Fridays – “Family Fun Fridays”
