Community fitness classes and events hosted by the Y bring people together, promote a sense of belonging, and foster a strong community spirit. They provide opportunities for individuals to socialize, learn new things, and make connections with others who share their interests.
Our community classes and events are FREE and open to the entire community. All you have to do is show up!

MULTI-LEVEL YOGA

This class is suitable for participants of all levels…from the newer yogi just starting out, to the experienced practitioner. Enjoy both standing and floor-based poses with connection to breath. Some experience is helpful, but not required.

This non-contact, martial arts-based fitness program from LES MILLS features moves drawn from karate, tae kwon do, kung fu, kickboxing, muay thai and tai chi. Power Yoga is a more vigorous, faster-paced style of yoga that emphasizes building strength and endurance through a flowing sequence of poses, often with a strong focus on connecting breath to movement. The result is a more intense workout (and work-in!) compared to other yoga practices.
