The First Coast YMCA is completing its transition of services offered at our duPont YMCA Youth Development Campus to new locations. All New American Welcome Center programs at the duPont YMCA Youth Development Campus will conclude by September 30, 2025, with the conclusion of several grants and other funding sources which helped support programs, community providers with capacity to deliver services in partnership with the Y, and the anticipated sale of the campus.
Our priority is ensuring a smooth transition for all visitors, staff and partners, with uninterrupted access to critical resources, including for newcomers to Northeast Florida.
Services and resources:
- Pantry services will transition to nearby providers, including the Johnson Family YMCA (Mondays 12pm-2pm), as well as other partner sites.
- Language and educational classes will be relocated to First Coast YMCA branches.
- Our afterschool activities are now being offered at Beauclerc Elementary and youth sports are now being offered at the Williams Family YMCA.
- Before and After School and Y Reads programming concluded at the end of the 2024-2025 school year and moved to Beauclerc Elementary with the beginning of the 2025-2026 school year.
- Youth Sports moved to Williams Family YMCA beginning in 2025.
