What is Y Rewards?
With a Y Rewards profile, you can earn points and redeem them for savings on your monthly membership dues, Y programs, personal training, Y store credit and more. It’s our way of thanking you for investing in your health and being a part of our Y community.

FAQs
Create an account or log in using the email associated with your YMCA membership. You can join online here.
- Points will not be awarded until you join the rewards program.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for points to show up in your account.
- Confirm your email address with your membership matches exactly with the email on your rewards program account.
- To successfully earn points for attendance, please ensure you are checked into the club upon entry.
Referrals must be made through the Perkville rewards program in order to earn points and cannot be retroactively added.
Members who refer friends to join the Y will be eligible to receive 20% savings off the standard membership rate in addition to 500 Y Rewards points. (This offer does not apply if the referred member is SilverSneakers, Renew Active, or Silver and Fit members.)
Referring Member Benefits
- 20% savings on the standard membership rate (Please note: While you can refer as many individuals as you like—and each of them will receive 20% off—your personal referral discount is capped at a total of 20%)
- 500 Y Rewards points for each referral that joins the Y

You can view your points earned on the main dashboard of your rewards account here.
All of your points were transferred to the new rewards platform. They may look a little different because we have an entirely new exchange rate for rewards. We want to assure you that your points were not lost even though it may look like you have less than you did before. The points were transferred over using our new conversion rate—we know you worked hard for those!
You must be an active First Coast YMCA member to be a part of the rewards program and to use your rewards points.
