The YMCA of Florida’s First Coast is a proud sponsor of the Florida Child Care Food Program and the Summer Food Service Program. Please review the important information below regarding these programs.


Afterschool Meals Program (CCFP)

The YMCA of Florida’s First Coast participates in the Child Care Food Program. All YMCA Afterschool Programs provide a free, nutritious afterschool snack to enrolled participants. In addition, select sites qualify to offer a “supper”-style meal through the program.

These locations provide a cold/shelf-stable supper-style meal daily for those enrolled in the YMCA afterschool program.

Summer Food Service Program

YMCA Summer Day Camps have applied to participate in the Summer Food Service Program at eligible locations. Children attending qualifying sites will have the option to receive a free, nutritious cold lunch each day.

CONGREGATE MEAL SERVICE

These meal services are for individuals 18 years and younger. Children must eat the meal on-site at the program location. Meals cannot be taken home and can only be served during the set time and place – consumed in the designated space.

Meals are available Monday-Friday for on-site consumption at the locations listed below. There will be no food service available on June 19 and July 3. Please note that times may change without notice.

RURAL NON-CONGREGATE MEAL SERVICE

The YMCA offers food distribution at sites classified as Rural with the USDA. Individuals 18 years and younger can visit a site location on the dates and times below for a grab-and-go style meal package that includes 7 breakfasts, 7 lunches, and 14 milks for off-site consumption. Adults can pick up for the children if verification is provided for those individuals.

Meals are available for pick-up from June 1 – August 6 once per week on the dates and times listed below for each location.  Please note that times may change without notice.
