The first step is JumpStart, a one-on-one appointment with a health coach. We’ll get to know you and your goals and develop an exercise plan just for you. We’ll also walk you through ActivTrax, our online exercise and nutrition tracker.

As a reward for attending and completing your first appointment, we’ll give you two free one-week passes to give your friends. Sound like a good deal so far?


Step two of the program is TestDrive, when a health coach will walk you through a workout created by ActivTrax.

Each time you visit the Y, ActivTrax will have a new workout ready for you to keep things fresh and interesting. It will tell you which pieces of equipment to use, how to set the weights and how long to rest between sets. There’s even an online exercise library that shows you how to perform the exercises correctly. ActivTrax takes the guesswork out of getting fit and makes sure you’re making progress each time you visit.

After your TestDrive, you’ll get $10 Y Bucks that you can use toward any other service or program you’d like to try at the Y.


Once you’ve got a handle on things, you’ll continue to log your workouts into ActivTrax. To keep you motivated and accountable for the full 90 days of the program, we set up a rewards system.
