Nutrition Services

Eating right can seem like a challenge, but it doesn’t have to be.  At the Y, our Registered Dietitians can support your wellness journey with individual nutrition counseling and education – both virtually and in-person.

Why Consult With a Registered Dietitian?

A registered dietitian is a medical professional certified by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. An RD must hold a Bachelor’s degree in nutrition, have a 900-hour professional internship and pass a board certifying exam.
