Hunger can’t wait — and neither can we. Thousands of local families are struggling to put food on the table — they need your help now. Every can, every dollar, makes a difference for our neighbors, including teachers, first responders and military.

Donate healthy, non-perishable foods items at any YMCA branch. Collection bins will be available for any resident to easily drop off food.

Donate money either in-person at any YMCA branch or online.

Needed Food Items

Baby & Family Support (Shelf-Stable Only)

• Baby formula (when available)
• Baby food jars/pouches
• Toddler snack puffs

Shelf-Stable Grains & Carbs

• Rice (white, brown, jasmine, basmati)
• Pasta (regular + whole grain)
• Rice noodles / ramen alternatives
• Instant rice cups / microwaveable packets
• Oatmeal (canisters + single packets)
• Tortillas (shelf-stable flour or corn)

Proteins (Shelf-Stable)

• Canned chicken
• Canned tuna / salmon
• Canned chili (with or without meat)
• Canned beans (black, pinto, kidney, chickpeas)
• Dry beans & lentils
• Peanut butter / sunflower butter

Vegetables & Fruits

• Canned vegetables (prefer low sodium)
• Canned fruit in 100% juice
• Applesauce cups / pouches
• Tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, stewed tomatoes
