YOUR Plan – Your Own Unique Rate
Thanks to our generous donors, we are able to offer income-based rates to ensure that all members of our community have access to our programs, services and membership facilities. Branch-exclusive membership rates are based on annual household income through the YOUR (Your Own Unique Rate) plan. Members report their income at the time of enrollment and verify their claim in one easy step within two weeks. Members wishing not to participate in the YOUR plan may opt out at the time of enrollment. We also offer financial assistance to those who qualify. Click here for an application.

Payment Plans
Memberships may be sold as continuous EFT (with automatic drafts occurring on either the 1st or 15th of each month from a checking account, credit card or debit card) or fixed term – for six months or one year – where all money is paid upfront.
You can cancel your Membership at any time. The cancellation process is simple and can be completed using the same method you used to enroll. Please note that if you cancel within 7 days of your next scheduled draft, you may still be charged one final time.
