The Y’s freestyle, instructor-designed classes provide a fun and challenging workout for all fitness levels! Across our Association, you can find classes such as Cardio Sculpt, Body Sculpt, Circuit Power Training, Total Conditioning (and so many others!) that will get you working hard to gain cardiovascular and muscular endurance, using a variety of equipment. Offered in variety of class durations, you can find the right freestyle class for you at the Y!

Tips and Preparation
For the best possible experience, new class participants are encouraged to arrive to class early to meet the instructor and have time to gather and set up equipment. No experience is necessary!
- The Y provides any needed equipment for this class. Please bring your own workout mat. We suggest arriving early to set up your mat and any needed equipment.
- Come to class dressed and ready to move your body.
- Wear loose-fitting, functional workout clothing made of breathable material to allow air flow.
- Wear proper athletic shoes with a comfortable fit. Open-toed and/or open-backed shoes, slides, and Crocs will not be permitted. Cross-training shoes designed for lateral movement are highly recommended.
- Please bring water and a sweat towel.
