LES MILLS BODYBALANCE®

LES MILLS BODYBALANCE® is the Yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength, all while leaving you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration, and a carefully-structured series of stretches, moves, and poses set to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.

Tips and Preparation

For the best possible experience, new LES MILLS BODYBALANCE® class participants are encouraged to arrive to class early to meet the instructor.

  • Please bring your own workout mat. We suggest arriving early to set up your mat.
  • Come to class dressed and ready to move your body. Wear functional, flexible workout clothing made of breathable material to allow air flow.
  • This class is typically performed in bare or sock feet.
  • Please bring water and a sweat towel. Participants may prefer to bring a warmer article of clothing for the final relaxation portion of class.
