Meditation

In this guided class, you will tune in and turn inward. Meditation allows for you to listen to your thoughts without judgement and practice coming home to this inner connection that is always available. Explore ways to connect to calm and bring yourself into a state of ease.

Tips and Preparation

For the best possible experience, new participants are encouraged to arrive to class early to meet the instructor.

  • Please bring your own workout mat. We suggest arriving early to set up your mat.
  • Wear comfortable clothing that allows for you to relax.
  • This class may be performed in bare or sock feet.
  • Please bring water. Participants may prefer to bring a warmer article of clothing for comfort.
