LES MILLS SHAPES™

This is the workout you never knew you needed! Enjoy an invigorating blend of Pilates, barre, and power yoga set to modern beats in this newest Les Mills class. With small, controlled movements, you will sculpt and strengthen all major muscle groups, improve alignment, and increase flexibility. It’s a low-impact but intense way to heat up your training!

Tips and Preparation

For the best possible experience, new LES MILLS SHAPES™ class participants are encouraged to arrive to class early to meet the instructor and have time to gather and set up equipment.

  • The Y will provide all equipment needed for this class. Please bring your own workout mat. We suggest arriving early to set up your mat.
  • Come to class dressed and ready to move your body. Wear functional, flexible workout clothing made of breathable material to allow air flow.
  • This class is typically performed in bare or sock feet. Athletic shoes can be worn, if preferred. Open-toed and/or open-backed shoes, slides, and Crocs will not be permitted.
  • Please bring water and a sweat towel.
