LES MILLS TONE®

If you want the optimal mix of strength, cardio and core training…this is it! Step into a LES MILLS TONE® class and you’ll get a complete workout! The challenging mix of lunges, squats, functional training, and tubing exercises will help you burn calories. Also a great foundational class, LES MILLS TONE® has a wide variety of options accommodating all fitness levels ensuring everyone leaves the workout feeling successful.

Tips and Preparation

For the best possible experience, new LES MILLS TONE® class participants are encouraged to arrive to class early to meet the instructor and have time to gather and set up equipment. No experience is necessary!

  • The Y provides any needed equipment for these classes. Please bring your own workout mat. We suggest arriving early to set up any needed equipment.
  • Come to class dressed and ready to move your body.
  • Wear loose-fitting, functional workout clothing made of breathable material to allow air flow.
  • Wear proper athletic shoes with a comfortable fit. Open-toed and/or open-backed shoes, slides, and Crocs will not be permitted. Cross-training shoes designed for lateral movement are highly recommended.
  • Please bring water and a sweat towel.
