BODYATTACK®

BODYATTACK® is the sports-inspired cardio workout from Les Mills that is designed to build one’s strength and stamina! This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. Dynamic instructors and powerful music motivate everyone towards their fitness goals – from the weekend athlete to the hardcore competitor.

BODYATTACK® is offered in 60-minute and 45-minute (Express) durations.

Tips and Preparation

New to class? Arrive a little early so our instructor can give you some pointers!

  • Mats are not provided but will be utilized in this class. Please bring your own.
  • Come to class dressed and ready to move your body.
  • Wear loose-fitting, functional workout clothing made of breathable material to allow air flow.
  • Wear proper athletic shoes with a comfortable fit. Open-toed and/or open-backed shoes, slides, and Crocs will not be permitted.
  • Please bring water and a sweat towel.
