SoulBody™ Barre is an invigorating, total body barre workout with a more athletic approach using a wall-fixed barre, bands, light dumbbells and balls! This class is the perfect mix of dynamic, isometric, and isotonic movements that works deep into the muscles, seamlessly transitioning to deep stretches to balance the body. Enjoy an athletic workout that pulls from the principles of Pilates, the wisdom of yoga, and the grace of dance!
SoulBody™ Barre Unhitched is the perfect mix of dynamic, isometric, and isotonic movements that works deep into the muscles, seamlessly transitioning to deep stretches to balance the body. This class pulls from the principles of Pilates, the wisdom of yoga, and the grace of dance – offering an invigorating workout with a more athletic approach using a weighted body barre and Pilates balls.

Tips and Preparation
For the best possible experience, new SoulBody™ class participants are encouraged to arrive to class early to meet the instructor and have time to gather and set up equipment.
- The Y will provide all equipment needed for this class. Please bring your own workout mat. We suggest arriving early to set up your mat.
- Come to class dressed and ready to move your body. Wear functional, flexible workout clothing made of breathable material to allow air flow.
- These classes are typically performed in bare or sock feet.
- Please bring water and a sweat towel.
