LES MILLS SPRINT®

LES MILLS SPRINT® is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout that uses an indoor bike to achieve fast results. It’s a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation come from pushing your physical and mental limits. LES MILLS SPRINT® is a high-intensity, low-impact workout that is scientifically proven to return rapid results.

Tips and Preparation

For the best possible experience, new cycle class participants are encouraged to take some time prior to class to work with their instructor on proper bike setup. No bike riding experience is necessary!

  • The Y provides any needed equipment for this class.
  • Come to class dressed and ready to move your body.
  • Wear loose-fitting, functional workout clothing made of breathable material to allow air flow.
  • Wear proper athletic shoes with a comfortable fit (cycle shoes with SPD clips are optional). Open-toed and/or open-backed shoes, slides, and Crocs will not be permitted.
  • Please bring water and a sweat towel.
