BODYCOMBAT®

This non-contact, martial arts-based fitness program from Les Mills features moves drawn from karate, tae kwon do, kung fu, kickboxing, muay thai, and tai chi. Each BODYCOMBAT® class is choreographed to tracks of the latest music, providing an exhilarating experience that delivers ultra-fast fitness results.

BODYCOMBAT® is offered in 60-minute and 45-minute (Express) durations.

Tips and Preparation

New to class? Arrive a little early so our instructor can give you some pointers!

  • Mats are not provided but will be utilized in this class. Please bring your own.
  • Come to class dressed and ready to move your body.
  • Wear loose-fitting, functional workout clothing made of breathable material to allow air flow.
  • Wear proper athletic shoes with a comfortable fit. Open-toed and/or open-backed shoes, slides, and Crocs will not be permitted.
  • Please bring water and a sweat towel.
