An indoor cycling workout for all levels, RPM® is the cycling class from Les Mills that will get you riding to the rhythm of powerful music! Take on the terrain with your inspiring instructor, who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training.

Tips and Preparation
For the best possible experience, new cycle class participants are encouraged to take some time prior to class to work with their instructor on proper bike setup. No bike riding experience is necessary!
- The Y provides any needed equipment for this class.
- Come to class dressed and ready to move your body.
- Wear loose-fitting, functional workout clothing made of breathable material to allow air flow.
- Wear proper athletic shoes with a comfortable fit (cycle shoes with SPD clips are optional). Open-toed and/or open-backed shoes, slides, and Crocs will not be permitted.
- Please bring water and a sweat towel.
