Designed to restore and increase muscular flexibility and range of motion, all while releasing tension, these slower-pace classes offer participants the opportunity to relax while increasing muscle and joint health.

Tips and Preparation
For the best possible experience, new participants are encouraged to arrive to class early to meet the instructor and to set up any equipment that might be needed, depending on the class that you will be attending.
- Please bring your own workout mat. We suggest arriving early to set up your mat.
- Come to class dressed and ready to move your body. Wear functional, flexible workout clothing made of breathable material to allow air flow.
- These classes are typically performed in bare or sock feet.
- Please bring water. Participants may prefer to bring a warmer article of clothing for comfort and/or a sweat towel.
