Available with select Medicare Advantage plans and some Medicare/Medicaid combinations, insurance paid memberships provide eligible members with no-cost YMCA memberships to help achieve better health through regular exercise and health education. While you improve your health and mobility through our fitness programs, you’ll also make new friends and find opportunities to strengthen the social fabric of your community.

SilverSneakers®
If you’re a group retiree, or part of a Medicare Advantage or Medicare Supplement Health plan, you may already have a SilverSneakers® membership. This active adult wellness program is offered by many Medicare plans across the nation. If you are eligible for SilverSneakers® you can use any First Coast YMCA at no cost, and take advantage of all of the services a standard membership covers, not just SilverSneakers® classes!

Renew Active®
Renew Active® provides eligible members with access to any First Coast YMCA at no cost. Plan holders of eligible Medicare Advantage Plans and Supplement Plans insured by United Healthcare Insurance can use the Renew Active® program. Eligible members can use all of the services that are part of a standard Y membership. To find out if you’re eligible, call your health plan’s Customer Service Toll-Free number. Silver & Fit® Premium
Silver & Fit® provides eligible members with access to any First Coast YMCA at no cost. Plan holders of eligible Medicare plans can use the Silver & Fit® program. Eligible members can use all of the services that are a part of a standard Y membership. Please note that a no-cost YMCA membership is available to eligible Silver & Fit® participants through the Premium level network.
