Not sure where to start?
Visit the Welcome Center at your First Coast YMCA location, and a team member can recommend a few suggested options based on your fitness goals.
If you are new to class, we suggest arriving 10-15 minutes early to your class, giving you time to meet your instructor, get familiarized with equipment, and learn about how you can have the best possible experience!
